Shea Butter Refined (Ghana)

Origin: Ghana

INCI: Butyrospermum Parkii

Extraction methods: Fruits produced by this tree look alike natural white almond. Once refined it look like a yellowish paste: Shea butter. 

Caracteristic: This butter is extracted from the Shea nut. After refinement, the butter has an off-white color and almost no odor, but the applications remain the same. It is solid at room temperature and creamier than its 100% natural counterpart.

Common Uses: Used for skin care, Shea Butter is known for its moisturizing and emollient properties. Rich in vitamins and fatty acids, it penetrates deeply into the epidermis and leaves a smooth, satiny finish. Shea Butter can be used to make massage butters, body butters, lip balms, and as a moisturizing agent in soaps and shaving creams.

This butter should be stored in a cool dark place.
